The $4,000 discount is divided into two parts. Firstly, a $2,000 reduction is applied to the price of a new Air sedan if the vehicle is in stock and available on-site. Secondly, an additional $2,000 discount is available if the customer can provide proof of ownership of a Tesla or another vehicle, although trading in is not a requirement.
